Each project begins with a free workflow audit. Upon mutual agreement to proceed, we will provide a written scope of work detailing the automation to be built, timeline, and pricing. Work begins only after both parties agree to the scope.
Project-based work ($500–$3,000): Payment is due upon successful delivery and deployment of the automation. "Successful delivery" means the automation performs the agreed-upon function as described in the scope of work.
Monthly retainers ($500–$1,500/month): Billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial month refunds.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

TurnkeyOps' total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
